Representation

In zombie movies they mostly follow a white male in his 20s to 30s, but in some cases like Resident Evil the series revolve around a female, in the first movie she is wearing a short red dress which is very unpractical but she is represented as such to attract young male audiences. I didn’t want to follow the zombie survivor stereotypes with having my main character being a male adult. In my movie the main character is a 17 year old British teenager who went to holiday in America. He’s accent isn’t supper strong because then it would be hard for the TA (Americans) to understand him.

Later on in the movie all types of characters are seen so not to discriminate any one and to get the point across that any race or type can survive the zombie apocalypse as long as you are mentally strong enough
